Agree the meeting point before leaving Schiphol.
For AMS, include the flight and full hotel or office address, plus a passenger contact for arrival day.
Schiphol distinguishes its official taxi rank from the separate app pickup point. A privately arranged car needs its own confirmed meeting instructions; do not join another service’s queue to find it.
For a canal-side hotel, Zuidas office or Museum Quarter address, specify the entrance suitable for vehicle access. Tell your PRT liaison about luggage and any need to limit the walk from the car.
Use local Amsterdam time for the pickup date and time. If the journey continues outside Amsterdam, include every destination and any required arrival time in the request.
