Prepare your itinerary on the request page, review it, then explicitly send it using an available option. Saving a reference does not send the enquiry. Your PRT liaison reviews availability and returns a quote; travel is booked only after written confirmation.
Airport transfers, private aviation, corporate travel, hourly and point-to-point journeys, weddings, events and multi-leg or international itineraries. PRT manages your itinerary from quote through arrival. Vehicle class, chauffeur and meeting details are confirmed for each journey.
Request your preferred meeting arrangement. Follow the location and contact instructions in your confirmation, which take account of local airport rules.
Include the operating airline and flight number. Ask your PRT liaison which flight updates, meeting and delay arrangements are included in your confirmation. Keep your liaison informed if the itinerary changes.
Included waiting, when the waiting period starts and any additional charges are specified in your quotation or confirmation. Ask your PRT liaison before accepting if a detail is unclear.
Destinations, vehicle classes and special requests are subject to local availability and confirmation for your dates.
Review the route, class, fare, included items, possible extra charges, payment requirements and cancellation terms in the quotation. Ask for clarification before accepting if tolls, parking, tax, gratuity or waiting are unclear.
Your PRT liaison reviews the itinerary and returns availability, vehicle class and a quotation. Response time depends on the complexity of the request and local confirmation.
Yes. Share the company, traveller or arranger contact, routes, expected volume and billing needs. Account and invoicing arrangements are agreed with your PRT liaison; submitting the enquiry does not open an account.
The online form accepts requests for 3–24 hours. Actual minimum duration, included distance, overtime and changes are specified in the quotation. Contact your PRT liaison for a different requirement.
Describe the requested seat type, child’s age, mobility aid dimensions or assistance needs. Suitability and local availability must be confirmed; avoid sharing unnecessary medical information.
Send the venue addresses, schedule and passenger groups. Your PRT liaison checks the proposed movements, vehicle mix and local availability before quoting.
Changes to timing, stops, passengers or vehicle requirements may affect availability and price. Cancellation terms are those in your accepted quotation; contact your PRT liaison promptly with your reference.
