Domestic and international arrivals differ.
ATL’s domestic and international terminals have separate car-service meeting arrangements. Send the full flight details.
Atlanta Airport requires limousine services to be arranged in advance. Its guidance distinguishes domestic meetings near the atrium or South lower curb from international arrivals meetings; agree the location with the operator.
Do not change terminals to find the car unless that is part of the confirmed plan. For Buckhead, Midtown or an event venue, include the entrance, passenger count and luggage requirements.
Use local Atlanta time for the pickup date and time. State the time you need to arrive at the venue separately from the scheduled flight arrival.
