Destination notes
Use the pickup area for your booked operator.
At EDI, the airport taxi rank and other operators’ pickup arrangements are distinct.
Edinburgh Airport reserves its taxi rank for its official operator. Other operators use the permitted pickup zones, including the charged area in the multi-storey car park. Confirm the actual meeting point for your booking.
For Old Town, New Town or Leith, provide the street address and a suitable entrance. If the passenger needs a shorter walk or assistance, explain that before the meeting plan is agreed.
Use local Edinburgh time for the pickup date and time. Include flight details, luggage and any onward rail departure, meeting or event deadline.
