Destination notes
Confirm the curb before leaving arrivals.
A YEG arrival needs the flight, passenger contact and a specific meeting arrangement for the chosen transport service.
Edmonton Airport currently identifies Door 9 on Arrivals for its taxi and limo curb, while rideshare uses a different area. A pre-arranged service must follow the airport’s applicable commercial pickup arrangements.
Include the full address for Downtown, the Ice District, Whyte Avenue or another destination. Tell your PRT liaison about accessibility needs and non-folding mobility aids before a vehicle is confirmed.
Use local Edmonton time for the pickup. Share any fixed event start or onward departure separately from the flight arrival time so the itinerary can be reviewed.
