Check the current terminal at Frankfurt.
FRA now includes Terminal 3. Send the flight and current terminal information rather than relying on an older itinerary.
Frankfurt Airport’s Terminal 3 guide describes its separate road access and transport connections. Check the airline’s current terminal and agree the correct arrivals meeting point before travelling.
For the Bankenviertel, Westend, a trade fair or an onward destination, include the building or exhibition hall and entrance. If arriving by train instead of air, give the station and train details as a separate pickup brief.
Use local Frankfurt time for the pickup date and time. Provide the passenger’s contact, luggage and required venue arrival time; airport connections and road transfers need their own planning allowance.
