Destination notes
Arrange the arrival before the flight.
For Halifax Stanfield, use YHZ and the destination address, whether the journey is into Halifax or farther across Nova Scotia.
Halifax Stanfield says pre-arranged taxis and limousines must be booked before the passenger arrives. Its Ground Transportation desk is in arrivals; the active-loading curb is not a waiting area.
For the Waterfront, South End or an onward itinerary, include each stop, luggage count and any ferry, event or meeting deadline. Ask for the confirmed meeting instructions before travelling.
Give the pickup date and time in local Halifax time. It differs from Toronto time, so keep the passenger’s flight arrival time and the requested pickup time clearly labelled.
