Start with the full Heathrow terminal details.
London airport journeys need the airport, terminal and local arrival date, as well as a precise hotel or meeting address.
Heathrow’s Terminal Parking serves pickups at Terminals 2, 3 and 5. Departure forecourts are not pickup areas.
Terminal 4’s multi-storey car park closed on 23 June 2026. Heathrow currently lists Priority Pick-Up outside arrivals and Park & Ride Zone A for someone entering the terminal. Check the linked current instructions and your confirmed meeting plan.
Tell your PRT liaison if the passenger needs an indoor meeting, assistance or time to collect luggage. Waiting, parking, access and the quoted route must be agreed for the journey.
Use local London time for the pickup date and time. UK clock changes do not always align with North American changes; use the local date and time on the flight itinerary.
