Destination notes
Airport, hotel or cruise terminal?
Name MIA or FLL explicitly, and say whether you are connecting to a hotel, a meeting or a cruise.
Miami Airport lists ground-transport options by type and provides separate PortMiami connection guidance. Confirm your booked car’s pickup instructions instead of assuming the taxi or cruise-bus area is the correct meeting point.
For PortMiami, include the ship, cruise terminal and boarding or disembarkation plan. For Brickell, South Beach or Coral Gables, use the specific hotel entrance and list large suitcases or child-seat needs.
Use local Miami time for the pickup date and time. Treat an MIA–FLL transfer as an airport-to-airport journey with both flight details and a separately reviewed connection window.
