Destination notes
A clear meeting plan at Montréal-Trudeau.
Use YUL, your flight number and the full hotel or venue address when planning a Montreal arrival.
YUL’s own on-arrival limousine service is ordered at the Door 24 kiosk and cannot be booked in advance. A separately arranged journey needs its own confirmed meeting instructions; do not assume the airport kiosk will dispatch it.
For Old Montreal, Downtown or Westmount, include the street number and entrance, plus luggage and any mobility requirements. Check the airport’s current road-access updates before travel.
Give the pickup date and time in local Montreal time, especially for overnight flights. Include a passenger phone number with country code and confirm how to make contact after baggage collection.
