Destination notes
Fiumicino or Ciampino, then the meeting details.
Specify FCO or CIA and the airline, flight and terminal. Send the full hotel or venue address for the onward journey.
Aeroporti di Roma distinguishes chauffeur-driven hire, called NCC, from the airport taxi rank. Its Ciampino guidance says chauffeur service should be requested in advance; follow your confirmed operator’s meeting instructions.
For Centro Storico, Prati or EUR, provide the property’s recommended vehicle entrance or meeting point. Ask the hotel to clarify access if the address is on a restricted or pedestrian street.
Give the pickup date and time in local Rome time. Include all luggage, a reachable passenger contact and any separate appointment, train or flight deadline.
