Destination notes
Name the Bay Area airport and destination.
SFO, Oakland (OAK) and San Jose (SJC) are different airports. Specify the code and the actual city or campus address.
SFO requires advance reservations for limousine journeys to the airport. For arrivals, it directs passengers to the operator or official information boards and warns against unsolicited transport offers inside the terminal.
For the Financial District, SoMa, Palo Alto or another Bay Area destination, include the building entrance and every stop. Share a fixed meeting time and luggage requirements so the proposed journey can be assessed.
Use local San Francisco time for the pickup date and time. Keep the operating flight number and arrival date explicit when travelling overnight or across the date line.
