Destination notes
Curbside and indoor meetings are different plans.
Use SEA and clarify whether you need a curbside pickup or a meeting inside the terminal.
SEA permits pre-arranged limousine pickups on the lower Arrival Drive. For a meet-and-greet, its operator guidance uses designated limousine parking in the garage; the arrangements depend on the service and vehicle.
Give a complete address for Downtown, South Lake Union, Bellevue or an onward destination. A cruise connection also needs the ship, pier and requested boarding or disembarkation time.
Use local Seattle time for the pickup date and time. Tell your PRT liaison about assistance needs and luggage before the meeting plan and vehicle are confirmed.
