The Changi terminal is part of the brief.
For SIN, share the flight, terminal and exact hotel or building entrance before an arrival is coordinated.
Changi provides a transport guide and Ground Transport Concierge information. Those airport services are separate from a privately arranged car; use the meeting point and contact details in your own confirmation.
For Marina Bay, Raffles Place, Orchard or Sentosa, include the property name and entrance. Tell your PRT liaison about luggage and any onward stop or cross-border request so the route can be assessed separately.
Use local Singapore time for the pickup date and time. Check the arrival calendar date after a long-haul flight and give a passenger phone number that will work on arrival.
