Destination notes
International and domestic arrivals need different plans.
For SYD, specify T1 International or the domestic terminal shown on the flight itinerary.
Sydney Airport requires limousine services to be pre-booked and collected in dedicated zones. Its operating guidance distinguishes international and domestic meeting arrangements, so agree any indoor greeting before travel.
For the CBD, Circular Quay, Double Bay or a cruise connection, provide the full address or terminal. Include passenger numbers, suitcases and any assistance needs so the vehicle and meeting plan can be checked.
Use local Sydney time for the pickup date and time. The arrival calendar date may differ from your departure date; copy it from the airline itinerary rather than converting from home time.
