Destination notes
Haneda and Narita are not interchangeable.
Specify HND or NRT and the complete terminal details. Include the hotel address in Japanese as well as English when available.
Haneda distinguishes ordinary taxi stands, reserved-taxi locations and general-vehicle parking. Narita also publishes terminal-specific transport locations. Confirm the pickup category and meeting instructions for your particular booking.
For Marunouchi, Ginza, Shinjuku or Roppongi, include the hotel or building entrance and all luggage. An HND–NRT connection needs both flight details and a separately assessed transfer window.
Use local Tokyo time for the pickup date and time. Check the arrival date carefully on transpacific flights and give an arrival-day contact with country code.
