Build a workable day

Start with the appointments that cannot move. Add realistic travel and parking time between them, then identify where the chauffeur should wait and who can approve a change.

A stop list can evolve. Send changes to your PRT liaison so timing, permitted stopping locations and any price implications can be checked before the next movement.

Availability and confirmation

The form accepts a 3–24 hour enquiry. The actual minimum, service area, included distance, overtime and parking charges are confirmed in your quote. Extensions depend on availability.

A request is an enquiry. Travel is booked only when your PRT liaison confirms the arrangements in writing.

Can we extend the hire?

Ask your PRT liaison as soon as you know. Additional time and driver availability must be confirmed.

Is hourly best for a single transfer?

For one direct journey, a point-to-point enquiry may be more suitable. Describe any waiting or return requirements.
