What to include in your enquiry
  • Every leg in chronological order
  • Local date, time and city for each pickup
  • Addresses, passengers and bags per movement
  • Fixed connections and the contact for changes
Write each movement separately

Use a simple format: date, local pickup time, city, pickup address, destination, passengers and luggage. Number the legs so changes can refer to a specific movement.

Identify flights and fixed meetings, with enough time between connections. Keep the final confirmed itinerary accessible to the traveller and the person arranging the trip.

Availability and confirmation

Each leg is checked and confirmed individually. The same vehicle or chauffeur across legs is not assumed. This initial enquiry captures the itinerary for liaison review; it does not calculate a combined fare.

A request is an enquiry. Travel is booked only when your PRT liaison confirms the arrangements in writing.

Can different people use different legs?

Yes, describe the passenger groups and contacts for each leg so your PRT liaison can review the full requirement.

Are all legs automatically booked together?

No. Check that the written confirmation covers every movement you intend to accept.
