Beyond the terminal
Passengers, flight departments, executive assistants and crew arranging transport to or from a private terminal.
Give your PRT liaison the FBO contact and the itinerary as early as possible. A private flight reference alone may not supply all the information needed to arrange the pickup.
PRT coordinates the requested vehicle class and local meeting instructions. Keep your PRT liaison informed of revised arrival times, a different FBO or changes to passenger numbers.
Airside or tarmac access is never assumed. FBO permission, airport rules and the local operator determine the permitted meeting point. Schedule changes and additional waiting require confirmation.
A request is an enquiry. Travel is booked only when your PRT liaison confirms the arrangements in writing.
Only where expressly permitted and confirmed. A terminal or landside meeting may be required.
Include each group, destination and local departure time. Separate movements are quoted according to their requirements.
