Plan the whole timeline
Work backwards from the ceremony arrival. Allow time to gather each group, load comfortably and reach the permitted venue entrance. Photo stops belong in the transport schedule too.
Name one person who can authorise changes on the day. Include the final guest departures, so the late return is as clearly arranged as the first arrival.
Availability and confirmation
Vehicle models, décor, refreshments, extra stops and waiting are arranged only when included in the accepted quote. Request a specific model early; availability is not guaranteed by an image.
A request is an enquiry. Travel is booked only when your PRT liaison confirms the arrangements in writing.
Can we coordinate several vehicles?
Send a group-by-group schedule. Your PRT liaison checks local vehicle availability and quotes the proposed movements.
Are decorations included?
Describe what you would like. Decorations and any restrictions require express confirmation.
